Terms / Conditions

These terms and conditions form a legal document that spells out the relationship between you hereon in referred to as the "customer" and Perfume online. From hereon in Perfume Online is referred to as "Perfume Online" and describes the terms on which Perfume Online offers to supply to you products on this website. By submitting your order you are entering into a legal agreement with us that is covered by the law of New South Wales. We reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions from time to time and you should therefore read them each time you access our site.

1. General Perfume Online endeavours to describe products as accurately as possible. We rely on information from our suppliers and cannot warrant that descriptions are accurate, complete, current or error-free or that images will be displayed consistently on a customer′s computer monitor. All trademarks shown on our website belong to their registered owners and must not be copied without prior permission. Customers accept that the site is provided by all perfumes on an "as is" and "as available" basis, that products may be withdrawn at any time without notice and we reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders.

2. Price All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Due to fluctuations in the Australian dollar exchange rate, prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment Payments are accepted in Australian dollars only, by one of the following payment methods - Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.

4. Ordering & Delivery Following placement and payment of your order, you will receive a confirmation order email at which time a legally binding contract will exist between you the customer and us as Perfume Online. Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to despatch all orders the same day as payment has been confirmed. Any product not available at the time of placing your order or that run out of stock after your order has been accepted will be sent to you as soon as possible, when received from the supplier. Perfume Online has no liability for any delays in delivery caused by the supplier, Australia Post or any other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping All items are shipped registered with Australia Post and will require identification and signature on accepting delivery or for collection of your order. If you are unavailable at your shipping address, you will be left a notification and your item will taken to your local post office for collection. Your parcel includes insurance coverage to the value of $100.00. Perfume Online has no liability for delays in delivery to the customer after the parcel is lodged with Australia Post be it over the counter or via the red post office box.

6. Passing of Risk All purchases from Perfume Online are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to Australia Post. Perfume Online has no liability for delays in delivery to the customer once the order is lodged with Australia Post. If a customer believes that a parcel has been tampered with or appears damaged, it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods. When the goods are signed for, the customer bears the risk.

7. Acceptance Acceptance of terms and conditions is mandatory for purchases from our website, Perfume Online has at its discretion complete authority to accept or deny orders placed via our website.

8. Refunds & Returns If you are not satisfied with your product Perfume Online will refund your purchase in full;  providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged, including all the outer packaging. Requests for refunds or returns are required within 3 days of the order being recieved. All returns and refunds are required to be authorized by Perfume Online prior to returning your product. We do not accpet C.O.D returns. Refunds are processed back to the customers original method of payment after Perfume Online has received the returned product and inspected it′s condition. Note: there are no refunds on change of minds, incorrect orders or for delays in delivery to the customer by Australia Post, Perfume Online has no liability once we have lodged your order with Australia Post. 

9. Cancellation Once an order is confirmed on our system cancellations are not possible as our systems are automated, please choose carefully before placing your order and making payment.

11. Order Status With concern for the environment, we run a paperless system, you will be emailed an order confirmation upon payment for your order. When your item ships, you will receive a shipping notification email with a registered tracking number for your order. You can check on the progress of your order any time by logging in with the email address and password you used when you placed your order. 

12. Electronic Communications You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You consent to receiving communications from us electronically, but if you wish to withdraw that consent you must e-mail us to that effect.

13. Security We take security very seriously and you can purchase products from our website in complete confidence. Your communication with our server is secure using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology where your browser supports it. This means that your personal details (including credit or debit card details) are encrypted when you transmit them to us. Our online transactions are processed under a secure connection by Commonwealth Bank.
